Shipping and Returns


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE WELCOME.

We use Federal Express Ground and Best Freight. If the parts are in stock, we generally will get your order out within 24 to 48 hours. You will get an email with a Federal Express tracking number. You can go to the Federal Express web site to track your order.  tracking number to see when your purchase will arrive.  When you receive your seat covers inspect them and take them out of the box and lay them flat.


No Hassle Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied you can simply exchange or return your order.  You have 30 days from the original ship date (International customers have 60 days to return products). Please send a copy of your purchase invoice along with your interior product. We can offer you a  refund or an exchange for an item of the same price or higher, immediately following inspection of the returned item.

All parts returned must be in resellable condition and in original packaging within 30 days of ship date. No returns on installed interior products. There is a 20% Restocking charge. If an item is defective, or if we made an error in your order, we will reimburse your return shipping at regular ground rates. If these conditions are not met, items will be will be returned to the customer at their expense.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days.  Please don't ask, and don't call back after a year and tell us the color doesn't match my car.  No Whinning.
